Our knitted garments using long haired Suri alpaca is a The Inoue Brothers… original. We developed a yarn, which allows the super silky Suri fibre to be knitted in a design that creates a fur like texture on the outside due to the extra long hair of Suri Alpaca.

This crewneck sweater showcases the Suri fibre perfectly by finishing the cuff and waist edges without rib. The fit is slightly wider but with fitted shoulders and has our icon leather patches for stitching enforcement on both shoulders and cuffs.

One of two breeds of the alpaca. It is known for it’s characteristic fleece coat, which is very long haired and silky. The Suri alpaca breed is thought to be less than 10% of the global alpaca population making it one of the rarest fine fibre animals in the world.
Products made from Suri alpaca has an unmistakable lustre and silky hand feel.
